On June 20, 2025, Ayeyarwaddy Development Public Company Ltd collaborated with E Guard Environmental Services and
held a public consultation at the Pathein Industrial Project office. According to the guidelines set by the Ministry of Natural
Resources and Environmental Conservation, the public consultation event focused on the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for Phase I of the project, covering 1,251.18 acres along the Pathein-Ngaputaw road. Officers from the regional government, ward administrators, village chiefs/headmen, officers from factories within the project, and other invited guests attended to this event.
The event included the following key activities of interaction, presentation and discussions between the project developer, third-party company and guests.
• Project information and objectives
• Environmental and legal compliance
• Field assessments in 11 nearby villages
• Environmental and social impact assessments
• Plans to manage potential impacts
• Public Q&A and feedback session
This event was successfully conducted with active participation from local communities and stakeholders.
Ayeyarwaddy Development Public Company Ltd မှ ဧရာဝတီတိုင်းဒေသကြီး၊ ပုသိမ်ခရိုင်၊ ကန်ကြီးထောင့်မြို့နယ်၊ ချောင်းစောက်ကျေးရွာအုပ်စု၊ ပုသိမ်-ငပုတောကားလမ်း၊ ပုသိမ်စက်မှုစီမံကိန်း (ပထမအဆင့်-၊ ဧရိယာ ၁၂၅၁.၁၈ ဧက) အတွက် သယံဇာတနှင့် သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန မှ ချမှတ်ထားတဲ့ လမ်းညွှန်ချက်နဲ့အညီ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိခိုက်မှုဆန်းစစ်ခြင်း (Environmental Impact Assessment-EIA) လုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များအား ရှင်းလင်းတင်ပြခြင်းနှင့် အများပြည်သူ သဘောထား မှတ်ချက် ရယူခြင်း (Public Consultation) အခမ်းအနားကို (၂၀.၆.၂၀၂၅) တွင် ပုသိမ်စက်မှုစီမံကိန်းရုံး၌ ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။ အခမ်းအနားတွင် ဧရာဝတီဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးအများပိုင် ကုမ္ပဏီလီမိတက် နှင့် E Guard Environmental Services တို့ ပူးပေါင်း၍ တိုင်းဒေသကြီးအစိုးရဖွဲ့မှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ ၊ ရပ်ကွက်အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးမှူး များ ၊ ကျေးရွာ ရပ်မိ/ရပ်ဖ များ ၊ စီမံကိန်းအတွင်းရှိ စက်ရုံများမှတာဝန်ရှိသူများ နှင့် အခြားဖိတ်ကြားထားတဲ့ ဧည့်သည်တော်များ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

- သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်သာမက လူမှုပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကိုပါ ဆန်းစစ်လေ့လာထားသည့် ကိစ္စများအား တင်ပြခြင်း။
- စီမံကိန်းကြောင့် သက်ရောက်မှုရှိလာနိုင်မည့် ကိစ္စရပ်များအပေါ် ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်ထားသည့် အစီအမံများအား တင်ပြခြင်း။
- အများပြည်သူသို့ တိုင်ပင်ဆွေးနွေးခြင်းနှင့် အမေးအဖြေအစီအစဥ်များဖြင့် သဘောထားမှတ်ချက်များ ကောက်ခံ ရယူခြင်း စသည့် အစီအစဥ်များဖြင့် အောင်မြင်စွာ ကျင်းပနိုင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
