The Developer
A Land Co., Ltd originally founded the Developer who formed a public company with the intention of “going public” and “going listed” in Yangon Stock Exchange, following the rules & regulations of Security & Exchange Commission of Myanmar.
The master developer responsible for the development of Pathein Industrial Project is the “Ayeyarwaddy Development Public Company Limited”, founded by “A Land Co., Ltd” which is soon to be listed as a public sharing company in Yangon Stock Exchange Market
The Founder
Pathein Industrial Project covers total estimated area of Phase I – 1,200 acres and will extend up to Phase II – 2,000 Acres and Phase III – 3,500 Acres, situated in the capital of Ayeyarwaddy Region, Pathein. The project has only started for the infrastructure and other developments after it attained the MIC (Myanmar of Investment Commission) permit in March 2016.
Phase I is being developed as an Industrial Zone which will cover about 1,200 acres of land and completion is projected to be at the end of 2024. The International Port will be included in the Industrial Zone Project and is now being developed for a new role in the regional economy. Logistics and One-Stop Services facilitated in the Zone are designed to minimize delays and be a true one-stop shop for investors. PIP is being developed with the International Standard Infrastructure, Utilities, and Facilities plan including but not limited to Treated Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment, 40 MW Substation, Renewable Energy etc., Easy access to the hinterland’s large and relatively low-cost workforce and favorable cost comparisons to the Greater Yangon metro area for business operation would be beneficial to the prospective investors.
Phase II and Phase III will be focus on community development to support the industrial zone.

Pathein Industrial Project, PIP is being developed by Ayeyarwaddy Development Public Company Limited which was established in June 2012 under Myanmar Companies Act to create an international-scale industrial zone, a river port, located south of Pathein City, Ayeyarwaddy Region.
