Under the management of professionals, AT MAC CTC, a farmer or a trader could not only store the cargo at a secured warehouse, but “Warehouse Receipt Financing” facility is also available by pledging the warehouse receipt issued at the CTC since CTC has tied up with banks for the financing services.
Additionally, agricultural processing facilities are installed at the CTC therefore agricultural commodities can undergo processing/ packaging procedures to achieve the export-level state. MAC CTC is also located within a very short distance range, only 1 mile away from the international port, Ayeyarwaddy International Industrial Port (AIIP) where cargo can be directly exported to the international markets.
